Bread for the camp season

Last wek I spent some time making bread for the summer camp season at Hiruzen conferance Center. I made some suggestion for the staff on how to improve bread making very well helped by Morten at “Bakeriet i Lom”.
 

Norwegian cookies

The other day I went to Katsuyama for teaching  norwegian cookies. 25 children and parents made oatmeal- ginger and chokoladecookies and enjoying eating afterward.
